About Stephanie Blanding

I am a country girl at heart, born and raised in Blythewood, SC. I have been married for 19 years and have 3 children: 27, 16, and 9. I know, right? I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in English, but have found my way into the Human Resources field by way of many twists and turns. I have over 5 years of Human Resource experience and really enjoy being a support, advocate, and resource to employees. I love to garden and hang out with my family!
