EI Trainer - Midlands Office
While studying Psychology at Columbia International University, I became an ABA Therapist for a child with Autism. Upon graduation from CIU, I continued ABA Therapy with a local school district. My career as an Early Interventionist began at The Nurturing Center, where I worked with children and families involved in Abuse/Neglect Cycles. I was recruited by Bright Start in 2004 and joined the Autism Early Intervention Team. As opportunities arose, I began serving children with other diagnoses in order to expand my knowledge and experience. In 2007, I transitioned into the position of Training Coordinator for the Columbia office. It is a privilege to work with remarkable children and families every day and to aid other EIs in meeting the needs of those they serve.
