Hello, My name is Katie Flannery and I am a Case Manager with Bright Start. Prior to starting at Bright Start I was a Special Education teacher for 7.5 years. I grew up in the Chapin area and went to USC where I got my BA in Criminal Justice (minor in theater) and my Masters in Teaching - Focus Intellectual Disabilities. I love reading, randomly bursting into song and true crime podcasts/documentaries. I am excited to get to work with the families of the Midlands and become a part of your team.
