Early Interventionist - Midlands Office
Hey everyone! My name is Jeanna Burrows and I am an Early Interventionist. Ever since I was in high school, I always told myself I wanted to work with children with developmental delays or children in general. I previously worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician in mainly clinic based and some home based therapy for a little over 6 years and wanted to branch out and try something new. I recently received my Masters of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis. The passion I have for working with children with disabilities stems from my aunt Gena, who I am named after and never got to meet, she was born with Cerebral Palsy and I wanted to make a difference because of her and because she never got those opportunities of therapy that they provide now. Children with disabilities are such a bright light in the world and they hold so much potential that people often don't give them and that is where Early Intervention and other therapies come into play. I most recently got engaged to my wonderful fiancé, Chandler. I have a Boykin Spaniel, Timber who is full of energy and my world. I love the mountains and spending time with friends and family!
