Pro*Parents Presents Understanding ADD, ADHD, and EFD
Chris A. Zeigler Dendy, M.S. is coming to South Carolina to share her expertise in a workshop about ADD, ADHD, and Executive Function Deficits (EFD). This workshop will be held Friday, February 28th from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the W.S. Hall Institute Auditorium (1800 Colonial Drive, Columbia).
Key issues that will be addressed include: an overview of ADD, ADHD, and EFD, ten key ADHD facts, current research on the brain, the role of neurotransmitters, and a medication update. Ms. Dendy will also focus on keys to school success and “trouble-shooting” strategies to identify problem areas and ensure school success.
