Our case managers will assist you in navigating through resources that are available to you and your family. They will also provide a list of helpful and commonly used resources.
Our Bright Start South Carolina case managers visit families in the home bi-monthly to establish relationships in order to better meet your needs.
Case Management can start as early as age 3 and can be a life-long service. Your Case Manager will direct you to the needed resources while ensuring the quality of those services.
