Hello, my name is Jahlea West. I recently moved from York, Pennsylvania. I have a Bachelors in Social Work from Millersville University. I began my career as a Family Engagement Specialist with Head Start which I truly enjoyed. Then went on to be a Case Manager for York County. I want to bring my past experiences to Bright Start and provide great service to individuals and their families!
